RETURNS
We do not accept returns only exchanges. Item(s) must be in its original use with tags, cards, bags to exchange. To make a return please email us at LilliesLovelyLinens@gmail.com and we will send you a return shipping label slip. We are not responsible for lost/damage packages. Be sure to package item as it was sent to you, those packages that are damaged will not be accepted. Once your package Is received please allow 5 business days to be issued a store credit. Although we thoroughly check all item(s) for defects and damages prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure its free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers negligence will not be accepted or refund.
EXCHANGES
We can do an exchange as long as the garments are not damaged and unworn with the original tags.
You are responsible for additional taxes and duties.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.(Unless item is dysfunctional)
